How do you inject Trivit-B Complex?
Injecting Trivit-B Complex
Trivit-B Complex is normally injected using the intramuscular method of injection. This means that the injection is given in the identified regions best suited for this type of injection that is directly administered into the muscle. Needle gauge and length vary by body type so consult with your healthcare professional to choose which is best for your use. The how-to is located here: How to Perform an Intramuscular Injection.
The How-To link does not take the place of professional healthcare tutelage. Before you decide to undertake self-injection, first consult a nurse practitioner or doctor to learn the proper method of identifying and cleaning the injection site, how-to properly open the ampoules and the administration of the contents. Prior to using this supplement, discuss with your healthcare professional all OTC and prescription medicines you are currently taking. Read carefully the potential side effects and cautions of the contents.
Frequency of injection depends upon your medical professionals advice, medical condition treated and how you are reacting to the injections. Pay close attention to how you are feeling good or bad and write down the symptoms. Consult with your doctor and adjust dosages accordingly. Patients with severe absorption issues and deficiencies often have to inject more often. Others may find that one 3ml ampoule every two weeks is sufficient for their health needs and B-Vitamin benefits.
We advise that you read as much medical research as possible about B-Vitamin injections, uses, and dosages pertaining to your individual use, such as weight-loss, extra energy, bolstering your immune system, stress, nerve repair, neurological improvement for cognitive abilities or diseases that require injecting vitamin B-Complex.
To inject Trivit-B Complex you will need syringes, needles, alcohol wipes, cotton balls and a sharps container to dispose of your needles.

About Trivit-B Complex Injections
- Each 3ml Trivit ampoule contains 1000mcg vitamin B12, 100mg vitamin B1, and 50mg vitamin B6.
- B complex injections can slightly sting during the injection. This is normal, no reason to worry about and the sensation should subside shortly after the injection is completed. Those of you familiar with B12 injections will note this is uncharacteristic of vitamin B12 alone. The injection site can become red or slightly inflamed (red slight bump) afterward and this is nothing to be concerned over.
- To lessen after effects from injection, gently massage the muscle at the injection site for 2-3 minutes and use the muscle for several minutes afterward. This helps to distribute the vitamins throughout your body.
- B1 and B6 have a noticeable odor contributing to the odor of this B complex product and it is normal.
- Do not inject if the contents are cloudy or contain particles.
- Active ingredients are vitamin B12, B1 and B6.
- Inactive ingredient, benzyl alcohol
