Lost or Damaged Items
Things happen and we know it. Items are damaged or lost in transit. If your package fails to reach you or is damaged, we will investigate the issue and depending upon the findings offer to reship your items ASAP.
If you receive a damaged shipment such as a broken vial or ampoule, please take a photo, send it to us at support, and immediately inform USPS.
You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-refundable items are those that due to lack of personal training and knowledge are requested to be returned for refund. Prior to ordering, all customers should thoroughly inform themselves about all processes and necessities for injecting B Vitamin products. Unclaimed packages by customers are also non-refundable, as well packages sent to countries we have no experience shipping. - Original shipping costs are nonrefundable.
However, we are not complete Grinch's and exceptions can be made.
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- If after inspection your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit or debit card. You can also choose store credit.
- You will receive the credit refund within the number of days in accordance with your card issuer's policies.
- Bitcoin purchases are non-refundable.
Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel your order. Orders can be canceled anytime before payment is received.
After payment has been received, orders will be processed as returns. Refunds will be processed within 72hrs and refunds will show in your account in the processing time assigned by your banks credit or debit card system.
You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs for the item. Original shipping costs are nonrefundable.
