Lost or Damaged Items
Things happen and we know it. Items are damaged or lost in transit. If your package fails to reach you or is damaged, we will investigate the issue and depending upon the findings offer to reship your items ASAP.
If you receive a damaged shipment such as a broken vial or ampoule, please take a photo of the packing slip and the item inside the original packaging. Email it to us at sales with a brief explanation.
